As the Product Designer at Eventili, I was responsible for shaping the entire user experience across mobile and web platforms. Although the platform had strong potential, users struggled at every stage, exhibitors found it complicated to book a stand. Attendees could not easily navigate events, organisers lacked visibility and control. I therefore redesigned the product from start to finish, aligning user needs with real business goals. As a result, Eventili became a smoother, more engaging event platform, boosting participation and increasing stand bookings. It also earned the trust of major clients such as the Algeria Fintech and E-commerce Summit and African startup conference event.
